Welcome to DENVA. These Terms & Conditions apply when you access our website, purchase our products or otherwise use our services.

By placing an order with DENVA, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects any statutory rights you have as a consumer under Irish or EU law.

5. Shipping & Delivery

DENVA delivers to the destinations shown as available during checkout.

Available delivery methods, estimated delivery times and applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, customs procedures, adverse weather or other disruptions.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery information provided when ordering is complete and accurate.

If you notice an error in your delivery details, please contact us as soon as possible.

Your statutory rights relating to delivery remain unaffected.

6. Right to Cancel Online Purchases

Consumers purchasing online in Ireland or elsewhere in the EU may generally have a legal right to cancel a distance contract within 14 days, subject to applicable exceptions.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must clearly inform DENVA of your decision within the applicable cancellation period.

7. Returns – Important Hygiene Exception

Because DENVA sells skincare/cosmetic products, hygiene and product-safety considerations apply to returns.

Where a product is sealed and is not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons, the statutory right to cancel may be lost once that seal has been broken after delivery, where the relevant legal exception applies.

Therefore, if you simply change your mind, please do not open, unseal or use the product if you intend to return it.

Eligible change-of-mind returns should be returned in their original condition and packaging.

This does not affect your rights if a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise does not conform to your legal rights.

Unless DENVA has agreed otherwise or the product is faulty/incorrect, customers may be responsible for the direct cost of returning a change-of-mind purchase where permitted by law.

Products should be securely packaged when returned.

9. Refunds

Where you validly exercise a statutory cancellation right, refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Refunds will normally be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

We may be entitled to make an appropriate deduction where permitted by law if goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
